16/09/2017 - Mahle becomes BRAIN BEE shareholder
Carlo Rocchi, chairman of the BRAIN BEE group, announces to the market the entry of the MAHLE group into the company

16 years after the company was founded, the market has undergone profound changes, in terms of proposals and competitors.

Globalisation has led to a consolidation of market players, which are increasingly made up of large multinational groups.

Innovation and technological development have always set us apart: this enabled us to become one of the leading companies in the automotive industry and start business partnerships with large international groups.

For these reasons, we are thrilled and proud to announce that an agreement has been signed, whereby the Mahle group acquires 20% participation in Brain Bee.

After several years of successful business collaboration, we have decided to take our partnership to the next level with MAHLE becoming a shareholder. Our partnership with MAHLE allows us to respond effectively to the challenges of a global market and to reap the full benefit of our research and development work in recent years. As a result, we continue asserting ourselves as a leader in technological innovations. We will carry on in this direction, to give MAHLE the opportunity to deliver increasingly innovative solutions to the workshop supply chain".
